A package to help enable the swap of an R230 LSD differential into 1970-1978 Z cars

Includes:

• one pair of precision CNC machined steel R230 CV adaptors
• two pairs of precision CNC machined end stops, required to ensure appropriate CV travel
• high grade hardware for mounting brackets, this includes OEM 280ZXT stub axle nuts which are preferred (no peening required) and all other high grade hardware for the install
• CNC R230 CV adaptors precision mated to your supplied companion flanges
• custom axles by MOSER, highly recommended and available by option below

• mated to Z companion flanges by machinist using machined fixture and tig welding for perfect balance
• ideal thickness to use the very stout *modified R230 CV 6 bolt halfshafts with an R230 differential
• ease of install, you retain easy access to your stub axle nut

You'll have to source your own R230 differential along with a total of 4 CV halfshafts, you end up mating the 4 inner flange style 6 bolt CV joints to our custom billet axles including our custom end stops. You'll modify your rear R200 mustache bar by adding a new bolt pattern for your R230 rear, in addition a new front differential mount will be required. **Your setup will not ship until we've received your good shape cores for processing. Price assumes you send us one clean/good shape pair of companion flanges as cores, for shipping and customs please list their value as $10 on your package. The 280Z stub axles ARE stronger than 240Z units so if you have the chance to upgrade from 240Z stub axles and companion flanges, you can directly swap in 280Z stub axles and companion flanges.
